  • MFS International (Hong Kong) Limited (“MIL HK”) is a private limited company licensed and regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. MIL HK is approved to engage in dealing in securities and asset management regulated activities and may provide certain investment services to “professional investors” as defined in the Securities and Futures Ordinance .
  • MFS Financial Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company registered to provide financial management consulting services.
  • MFS International Australia Pty. Ltd. is a proprietary limited company and an Australian financial services licensee regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Restriction on Use

If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
