As of 30 June 2025, current co-portfolio manager of the Fund, James Neale, will be retiring from MFS and relinquishing his portfolio management responsibilities. Effective 30 June 2025, Florence Taj will serve as the portfolio manager for the MFS Meridian Funds – U.K. Equity Fund.
Alison O’Neill will become the firm’s chief investment officer, effective January 1, 2025. She will succeed Ted Maloney, the firm’s current CIO, who, as announced in December 2023, will become the firm’s new CEO, at that time.
Announcement that Ted Maloney, current CIO, will succeed Mike Roberge as CEO of the firm, effective January 1, 2025. Mike will remain at MFS as executive chair.
