Working together to provide a better future for others
In order to take care of other people’s money, we have to take care of each other. That’s why, at MFS, our people are our most valuable asset. We achieve success by bringing our diverse viewpoints together and following a shared set of beliefs and values. That allows us to turn good ideas into potentially great outcomes.
Team Culture
At MFS, we treat each other with respect and trust the skills and value we each bring to the table. Here, everyone has a voice, regardless of identity, affiliation or perspective. We want team players, long-term thinkers, problem solvers and intellectually curious individuals who want to contribute to something bigger than themselves.
Shared Purpose
What we do – put other people's money to work responsibly – is not only meaningful work, it gives us each clarity in our role as we all play our part in achieving this purpose together. This vision starts with our senior leaders and is embraced throughout the firm. We take the long view on how we manage clients' assets, run our business and help employees grow.
