Christopher (Topher) Callahan is co-head of Global Institutional for MFS Institutional Advisors, Inc. (MFSI), the institutional distribution division of MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he is responsible for strategy direction and oversight of the global institutional business. He currently serves on the Global Distribution Management Committee. Topher joined the firm in 2003 after serving as a principal for State Street Global Advisors. Prior to joining MFS, he held senior sales and relationship management positions at GMO, PanAgora Asset Management and Hambrecht & Quist. He began his career as an information analyst with Shearson Lehman Hutton. Topher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University. He served as Investment Committee Chairman for the Salisbury School Endowment from 2016 to 2017. Topher holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 63 licenses and holds the CFA Investment Foundations® Certificate.
David W. Connelly is a senior vice president and the director of Global Product at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). He is responsible for overseeing the development, positioning and ongoing product management of MFS' broad array of global investment offerings. He currently serves on the Global Distribution Management Committee.
David joined MFS in 1999 and was named senior vice president in 2007. His previous positions with the firm include director of Global Retail Investment Product, director of US Product Management and senior product manager. Prior to MFS, he served six years at John Hancock Funds.
David is a graduate of Boston College.
Jared A. Collins is a senior vice president and head of global distribution business intelligence at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he leads Global Distribution Solutions (GDS), a function within MFS' broader global distribution team focused on strategy, actionable insights, expertise and support. GDS partners with all areas of global distribution on the execution of strategic priorities including business and sales strategy, advanced analytics and data science, marketing operations and research, digital enablement, data and risk management, and operating model support. He currently serves on the Global Distribution Management team. Jed joined MFS in 1992 and held a number of senior positions in the firm's retirement services organization through 2008, including serving as chief business officer and later president of the division. From 2008 to 2012, he was a vice president with The Hartford. He rejoined MFS in 2014 in his current role after more than a year with Mass Mutual. Jed earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
Kimberly G. Hyland is the head of Relationship Management at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, she leads a team of global relationship management professionals who are responsible for the firm's global institutional clients. She also serves as co-chair of Women Everywhere (WE@MFS), one of the firm's employee resource groups, which aims to empower women to achieve professional fulfillment and contribute meaningfully to the long-term success of MFS. Kim joined MFS in 2007 as a relationship manager for MFS Institutional Advisors, Inc. and became leader of the US Relationship Management team in 2016. She assumed her current role in 2021. Previously, she spent three years at Robeco as a relationship manager and 11 years as an institutional equity sales professional at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. She began her career in financial services in 1993. Kim earned a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College.
