    Karen Gray is head of US Institutional Sales at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). She is responsible for new business development in the United States among Corporates, Public, Taft-Hartley, Insurance Companies, Endowments and Foundations and the institutional consultant community. She began in her current role in 2018. Karen joined MFS in 2007 and served as managing director of Institutional Sales, US through 2017. In that role, she was responsible for working with institutional asset owners and consultants in the northeast. Prior to joining MFS, she spent more than 13 years with various BNY Mellon subsidiaries, serving as vice president, business development officer for four years at Standish Mellon Asset Management; five years as vice president, senior key accounts manager and senior corporate accounts manager at Dreyfus Corporation. She also served as an associate with The Boston Company. She additionally served in various client-facing roles with both the Fidelity Investment Advisor Group and the BISYS Investment Advisor Group. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1992. Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.

    Michael Keenan is president of MFS Fund Distributors, Inc., a subsidiary of MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). His responsibilities include overseeing the firm's global retail sales and service teams focused on intermediaries. Mike leads our global client service organization and currently serves on several MFS committees and as a board member of several of the firm's entities, including its global distribution management team. Mike joined MFS in 2000, handling insurance company relationships and sales, marketing and subadvisory efforts with these clients. He assumed responsibility for the national accounts group in 2008. In 2018 he took on the role of president of MFS Fund Distributors and head of global strategic accounts, global client services and global platforms before rising to his current position. Prior to joining the firm, he held sales roles at Putnam Investments, where he worked within the 401(k) sales organization, and Citizens Funds, where he managed retail and institutional retirement efforts. Mike is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.

    Sean M. Kenney

    Sean M. Kenney, CFA, is an executive vice president and co-head of Global Distribution with MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). He leads the firm's worldwide client-facing teams as well as product and marketing strategy. As a member of the firm's Enterprise Leadership Team, he helps drive MFS' long-term corporate strategy. In these roles, Sean oversees the management of the company's global institutional and retail businesses, which span US and non-US markets. His responsibilities include oversight of all teams managing relationships with large corporate and public retirement plans, sovereign wealth plans, global intermediaries, insurance companies, retirement platforms and other advisory practices that distribute the firm's investment products. Sean joined MFS in 2004, first working in the MFS Service Center. He became a field wholesaler in the retirement services division in 2006, an institutional sales director in 2008 and head of defined contribution in 2018. He was named co-head of US retail in 2022 and was named co-head of Global Distribution in 2025. Throughout his tenure, Sean has dedicated his efforts to thoroughly understanding client goals, aligning MFS' products and capabilities with their needs, and fostering collaborative relationships in investment decision-making, team dynamics, and stewardship. Sean graduated magna cum laude from Assumption College with a major in economics. He earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is actively involved in numerous industry groups including a steering committee member for the Active Managers Council (AMC).
